Do I have hypopigmentation from permanent lip tattoo? (photos)

I had a lip tattoo done and I believe I have hypopigmentation now...is this reversible? Is this hypopigmentation? What can I do? The picture is from 14 days post lip tattoo.

Tattoos should be removed with q switched or pico lasers, we will often combine with fractional lasers to help speed the process. No matter the device it will take several treatments to see the outcome and response to treatment. Please consult with a laser expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Hi NN.  Permanent makeup removal is not typically placed at 2 mm (2000 microns).  If we are using our fractional laser, we will typically treat at 300-500 microns.  In fact, we do not know of fractional lasers that have an ablation depth of 2000 microns.For permanent makeup removal before and af...
