Do I have hypopigmentation from permanent lip tattoo? (photos)

I had a lip tattoo done and I believe I have hypopigmentation now...is this reversible? Is this hypopigmentation? What can I do? The picture is from 14 days post lip tattoo.

Thank you for your question. With Pico lasers tattoos can be removed faster and safer then older laser systems. There is less risks of scarring and hyper/hypo pigmentation. My preference for black ink is the PiQo4 laser which has 4 Pico wavelengths including 1064 for black. Tattoo removal is...

Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear about your concerns. My preference for laser tattoo removal is Pico technology. I have 5 Pico wavelengths making it possible to remove 96% of ink safely and effectively and on average in as little as 4-6 treatments. There are less risks of scarring...
