I have a 3-tooth-supported fixed bridge with a post and core that is lose. X-ray showed a small fracture in the root next to the post. My insurance does not cover implants. Are there other options to tighten the bridge, e.g., insert a larger post into the tooth to cover the original hole and the fracture? Other options instead of an implant or dentures or a 4-tooth supported fixed bridge (which is expensive and ruins another good tooth)?
