I was meant to have a jaw surgery at the age of 17 but the doctor said that I would be fine with fixed braces, I’m 22 now and looking to get braces fitted in but I’m being told that because I have a tongue thrust there is high possibility that my teeth may go back to how they are now. I was just wondering what would be best, should I get fixed braces, Invisaligns or do I need surgery?
