What can I do for mouthwash staining Invisalign?

Hello, The internet obviously gives me conflicting answers of potential staining or using too much mouthwash will damage the attachments and your teeth. The mouthwash I got was a blue colored. My question, can I still use this mouthwash? (planning on twice a day, wake up, and bedtime) To prevent possible staining, maybe I could just rinse my mouth out with water a few of times after mouthwash? Would that prevent staining? Planning on asking my ortho next week anyway, just wanted other opinions!

You can see another invisalign provider & they should be able to open a case for you. You can not order the retainers directly.
