I took my vitamin c and iron supplement this morning and I feel nauseous. Is this normal 2 weeks post breast reduction?

I am anemic. I have sharp pains in both breasts. Stitches feel tight. I take Tylenol for pain (About 1 per day now) and ibuprofen (1-3) daily for swelling. I am 2 weeks post op bilateral breast reduction.

Taking vitamins on an empty stomach can cause you to feel nauseous. Try eating prior to taking the vitamins, Tylenol, and ibuprofen. Best wishes!
