In my teens I overdid the acne treatments and Retin-A. am 32 now and I have enlarged pores with wrinkles and people keep asking me if I have a sunburn all the time. I've tried cerave, cetaphil, epiceram, topical fungal cream, thousands of dollars worth of products. I've tried leaving my skin alone with only water and I develop flaky skin with a layer of oil on top. Nothing hydrates my skin in any capacity. dermatologists prescribe topical steroid which even burns.
