Can Lasik be done for a third time? Can soft contacts be worn after having Lasik twice?

I'm 45 years old. I started wearing soft contacts at age 12 always with chronic dry eyes, had first lasik surgery at 27 and again at age 30. Everything is now fuzzy but really blurry after dusk. My eyes are still extremely dry and sometimes itchy and I'm always squinting and have to drive with the map light on in my vehicle after dark to help me focus a little. Can I comfortably wear soft contacts again or can the surgery be re-enhanced again with a third surgery?

Dry eye is the enemy of good results with Laser or contacts. Mild dry eye is common. Serious post Lasik dry eye is uncommon but frustrating because so many don't have long lasting fixes or cures despite many drops and lots of expense.I would suggest unfrozen autologous serum twice a day for two months and then re-evaluating.
