Hi! I want to use an IPL device on my skin for hair removal, but immediately after I shave I get terrible razor burn and multiple ingrown hairs. Even if I shave that second my skin immediately becomes inflamed. I want to use this device on my skin, but im scared with my hair follicles being in such a poor state that it will not work. I attached a picture so you may see my skin. This picture is a pretty clear state for me normal. I don't know if it is okay though.
