I had microneedling once in the past with a tool not a pen. I broke out in whiteheads all over. Should I be doing this?

I'm scheduled for microneedling PRP. I had microneedling once in the past with a tool not a pen. I broke out in whiteheads all over. Now I get occasional whiteheads. :( This is a different clinic but I’m nervous. She said she will avoid any areas where I may have a breakout. I’m concerned because I also have black heads sometimes. Should I be doing this?
