Thank you for your question and photographs. It's difficult to tell you what type of lesion your black dot is because it needs to be evaluated in person with a dermatoscope, which allows the dermatologist to assess for any abnormal or irregular characteristics under high maginification. If any are found, then a biopsy should be performed and sent to a laboratory. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist to have your lesion evaluated and to discuss treatment options that best suit your needs. Take care and good luck.
