I am 23, missing 9 teeth, my teeth are in perfect health (absent the fact that I am missing a few) However, I have an extreme overbite that makes me a non-candidate for dental implants. I have had braces for 9 years (from 13yr old - 22) and absolutely do NOT want braces again. I am looking for the easiest and cheapest option to enhance my smile. Can I get dentures with an extreme overbite?

You should speak to a plastic surgeon and see what can be done about it. In Texas, I don't believe dentists are allowed to address these issues unless they are related to the teeth or jaw.
I would recommend a consultation with an orthodontist for braces or Invisalign to correct the alignment of your teeth. Some teeth contouring can be done afterwards to improve the shape of the teeth if needed. Another option is veneers to improve shape and symmetry of your teeth.
Based on the photos, you appear to be a good candidate for porcelain veneers to improve the shape and color of your teeth. Veneers can also add length to your teeth and improve symmetry of your smile. . Seek an experienced cosmetic dentist who has great photos and reviews.
