I had vsg 10/3/18 and I’m 5’2. SW 207 CW 186. I track macros everyday, eat 700-850 calories a day, 35 carbs or less a day, and always aim for 60-80 grams of protein a day. I eat 3 meals/day and drink a protein shake to hit 60 grams of protein a day if needed. I know with the sleeve you lose weight slower than bypass, and since I started out barely qualifying for surgery it’s going to be even slower. But how fast/how much weight should I be losing? I think I stalled, but I think that’s normal?
