Will lens replacement surgery correct fully accommodative squint?

weezyduffy
I am long sighted with astigmatism and would like to have lens replacement surgery (prescription is too high for laser). But I have a fully accomodative squint in my left eye. Would lens replacement correct the squint like my glasses and contact lenses do? Would it also help the vision in that eye?
