Female-52-bx: LASIK '2011, PRK 6/14, Left cataract not yet ready for surgery. Increased myopia, blurred vision. Evaluated for vertigo-negative. Eye surgeon insists its not my eyes, but need another opinion. Very disabling- Gave me Timoptic 0.5 Eye drops and greatly reduced headache first time I used them but very irritating to eyes, also have dry eye but on Restasis. Also have astigmatism since PRK. 3 prescription changes in 6 months. Cannot discuss with Dr as he becomes irate and degrading.

Occipital headaches such as you describe can be the result of stress or tension. Nonetheless, a visual field test should be performed to rule out any central nervous system issues. Your increasing myopia may be the result of increasing cataract change or regression of the optical outcome from your initial PRK procedure. If your cataract is not advanced enough for surgery you might consider getting a PRK revision.
