Masterbation has no effect on hair growth or acne that I am aware of. Something else might be going on.

I believe that the liquid than the foam bause more gets on the scalp where it is most effective while with the foam it goes the other way, more on the hair than on the scalp

If you take a shower with warm water, before you use minoxidil the pores in your scalp will open and allow more minoxidil absorption
