Reposting because my original question didn’t make much sense, and I don’t think it was ever published to begin with. Basically, I have a second molar that is not impacted, but turned sideways towards my cheek, possibly due to a wisdom tooth that is trying to come in behind it rather than next to it. It has been bothering me a lot and it makes everything more difficult (eating, brushing my teeth, etc) Is there a way to straighten out my second molar so that it can stop bothering me? Thank you :)

It certainly looks as though you have worn your teeth from potential past grinding. You would be a great veneer case to restore the lost length and give you a nicer color as well. Best of luck.
Premolar extractions are must to create room to retract anterior teeth. as you are asking for upper premolars, but by seeing your photos , i feel you have shallow mento -labial sulcus with proclined lower teeth indicating lower extraction. also i feel you have class3 tendency. so its my advice ...
VME, vertical maxillary growth, is a skeletal issue. Usually maxilla pushes the lower jaw down as well causing a weak profile. Orthognathic (jaw surgery) is necessary to correct the issue.
