I started Obagi Nu-Derm one week ago. How red should I be? (photo)

I started Obagi Nuderm one week ago. I at first was just red and peeling around my mouth area. Now I am still peeling around my mouth area not much anywhere else but am very very red. Should I back off of the blender with tretinoin? I use it at night every other night. thanks!
