Real eyebrow hair is falling out after transplant - normal?

I had an eyebrow transplant and I know it’s normal for the grafts and transplanted eyebrows to fall out. But it looks like my real eyebrow hair is falling out as well. My eyebrows look much thinner than before the prodcedure. Is this normal? And if so, will they grow back?

Although anatomically, the angle of the hair follicles will not change but you can make them look better by brushing with a makeup brush and special eyebrow conditioner products
