Had Mohs surgery 4 weeks ago on upper lip. Will my facial hair grow back? (photos)

A local flap was used for reconstruction to give me my moustache back but the hair growth would appear to have slowed down and on one part there is no hair. Will this recover, I would be devastated if it would not have any hair on it, that would be the worst outcome. First photo is two weeks after surgery, second one is now.
