How to solve Ellanse problems (nodules) on my face?

I had ellanse on my face two years ago, I chose the 2 year duration one, since the day I did it, nodules formed on my face, and even after all this time (it already has been 2y) the nodules still on my face. my doctor said that we can try to treat it with corticosteroids, but that is not guaranteed. is there any way to solve this problem?
