I will say that 60% of sleeve patients get their hunger back.  Some say that the hunger is even worse than before the surgery.  I am not surprise you are hungry.  Weight regain after sleeve is due to what you are eating and amount of restriction.  If you can eat a lot of vegies and meats and other proteins, then your sleeve is too large and you do not have restriction.  If you can only eat 1/4 to 1/2 a cup of other wise healthy food before you fill full, then you have good restriction.  If this is you, you need to make better food choices.  Can additional surgery help you? Yes it can.  First of all, the gastric bypass is a safe procedure when performed by an experience surgeon.  Statiscaly speaking the gastric bypass carries the same risk as getting hip replacement.  Revising a sleeve to a gastric bypass should not carry additional risks.  I personaly find sleeve to bypass easier to do than a first time bypass.  Finally, in my experience patients that do not lose enough weight or regain the weight after a sleeve do better with a traditional BPD-DS or SADI-S.  Find an experience bariatric surgeon and discuss these options.  Do your self more research on these procedures if you are seriously considering revision surgery.  

Weight loss is not operation dependent - it is dependent on what changes you make after or before an operation. My suggestion - increase vegetables, cut out processed foods- and get in your protein. Vegetables first. Find new recipes for these. No fast foods, no eating out- learn to cook. Eat slower- twenty bites in twenty minutes - if you are hungry then your snack should be vegetables not chips, cookies, crackers.
