Would vivos DNA appliance work for me if I have implants (two in the lower and one in the upper jaw)? (photos)

Question

Two years ago I got implants, but I didn't know that I have an overbite. Recently, I have been diagnosed with it, but I try to avoid the jaw surgery as it is very costly and invasive. I am thinking about getting sliding genioplasty for aesthetic purposes and then getting vivos DNA, but I am not sure if that would work in my case since I have implants.

You can expand the maxilla and mandible with implants but the implants move with bone but there is tooth movement that also occurs.  
Expansion should eliminate the need for genioplasty as the mandible typically will advance on its own with maxillary expansion.  The mRNA version is FDA approved to treat sleep apnea and if you have a sleep study that shows sleep disordered breathing your medical insurance may cover a significant portion of costs.
The mRNA will speed the process of mandibular advancement.
