Should I get my chipped teeth filled/bonded before or after having them whitened? (photo)

All my teeth have major chips in them + are mildly yellow. I've been afraid to open my mouth and have been mumbling for years because of my teeth. I just want them to be fixed finally

You should have your teeth Whitened first and then you can match the bonding to all of your new white teeth.  This is easy!  The problem is the chipping.  If you do not know what it is causing the chipping, you might want to ask the dentist. You may be grinding your teeth at night for years and you are unaware of it .A lot of spicy foods and acidic foods and juices can cause a break down of the tooth enamel and weakens the teeth.  I would start with what is causing the chipping of so many teeth . Then I would have them whitened and have the bonding match the new color of your teeth!

You should always whiten your teeth prior to bonding as you want to have the colors match the new color of your teeth. More concerning is the cause of those chips, I would seek care from a dentist to diagnose the reasons that you are having you teeth chip like that

First you need to address the cause of the chipping. There's no point fixing it if it's going to break again. I would recommend straightening and whitening the teeth first. Then discussing veneers after that.
