I had the Lapband done 8 year and they took out some liquid from it because my stomach was getting a little bit bigger inside and I am not happy I gain some weight so I spoke to the surgeon about it and they tighten it again but since it been I feel so sick in which I can't drink water without throwing up and I can eat food at all so I am always weak and I am having chest pain all the time and I feel as if something is always stuck in my throat what would this mean please advices me thank you so much.

It sounds like your band is too tight.  It's either because the band was adjusted too tight or your band has slipped.  To me, it's a slippage til proven otherwise.  You need to get back in with your surgeon for evaluation.

When your pouch, above your band, stretches to the point where we have to take fluid out of the band - it means that you are eating too fast. Eating too fast causes the stomach to stretch above the band, then people get reflux, night cough, or things get stuck a lot. The answer to that is to take the fluid out, spend a week or two on liquids, and then return the fluid. In the meantime you need to learn to eat more slowly. Until then -- see your surgon.
