Can a tongue thrust move your teeth even if you are wearing your retainers?

Most patients with tongue thrusts also have underdeveloped maxillas.  Orthodontics does not address this issue.  Expansion with a DNA Appliance will create a more physiologic state less prone to relapse.Tongue thrust usually have an underlying issue thar was noot corrected.
