I had restylane refyne 8 months ago. Tried dissolving it. I have little white areas of filler raised and I think tyndall (i included picture, gray discoloration which looks worse in shadow and lighter in direct bright light). Ps said she injected well above the muscle, above the fat and in the deep dermis (not the fat). I cant remove it completely and skin feels thick in areas. Could this be tyndall? Can it still be dissolved?

There is no issue receiving hyaluronidase to dissolve a hyaluronic acid-based filler by an expert physician and then receiving a PRP treatment. Most importantly, make sure both of these are done at a proper medical clinic with a skin expert (e.g. dermatologist) on site.
