How can my loose tooth be fixed? Was suggested braces. (photos)

I went to the dentist and I was told it wasn't gum disease., but she did say I have some bone lost . I was also told it could be trauma from my prior braces wear. My dentist put some Resin between the tooth and suggested I get braces again since the tooth has separated from the other teeth. My tooth is still loose and I don't think putting braces on , will fix that. I'm not confident that my dentist is doing a good job and would like some other opinions.

When a tooth is mobile, there is usually a reason.  One possibility is that the tooth is experiencing too much pressure, either during normal chewing and talking, or if you are grinding or clenching your teeth in your sleep.  It may be that this one tooth is in a position that makes it the tooth taking this excessive pressure so moving that tooth to a slightly different place would eliminate the pressure and the tooth would "firm up"
Your best course of action is to see and orthodontist, (usually initial consultation is at no charge) and have them look at the tooth.  This is a fairly common problem orthodontists deal with and from your photos, it should be fixable with out to extensive a treatment.
