I'm a 33 year old male who is congenially missing his maxillary lateral incisors and manibular premolars. In my teens the gaps were closed up with braces placing the canines in the lateral position. The closing of the gap also made my arch narrow, profile flat, and teeth slightly tilted inward. Can the lateral incisor spaces be opened at my age through modern devices, TADs, expansion appliances, braces, or other means? I would then get maxillary lateral implants and mandibular premolar implants.
