I am female and first experienced hair loss when I was ~13 (currently 33). High-stress period with very inflamed scalp (later diagnosed as seborrheic dermatitis); hair fell out in clumps. I also scratched my scalp compulsively. Since then, I do not think the hair loss has progressed much, if at all. Loss is diffuse throughout, but thinner at the crown. Does this look like androgenetic alopecia or alopecia areata incognita, chronic telogen effluvium, or scarring from scalp scratching?
