Will my hair grow back after using a certain birth control pill?

The answers to your questions really come down to what is your diagnosis. If you have androgenetic alopecia (AGA), Rogaine could help. It helps 13 % of women achieve a tremendous amount of regrowth and another 50% or so achieve a bit. But if you don't have AGA, this many not have the same effects. This is especially true if a component of telogen effluvium is present. Biotin does not help most people with hair loss and the role of zinc overall is very minor.  I'd suggest seeing a dermatologist to review the story. It does sound like there are many things to consider. 

Certainly, birth control pills can cause hair loss and if you stop it and this is the cause, it will probably reverse; however if the cause of the hair loss does not reverse by stopping the birth control pills, you should see a doctor who specializes in female hair loss
