IPL For rosacea... will it cause hair loss?

Hello all, out of curiosity... we know IPL can be used for face discoloration, rosacea, hair removal etc... If I get IPL for my face, will some of the light get emitted into my scalp and cause hair loss? I know it's a stupid question, but I'm just curious. Thanks.

Laser and IPL for hair removal remove hair where they are directed. Scalp hair loss is not a concern with proper technique.

The use of  IPL  for face discoloration, rosacea, hair removal etc..will not overlap to areas outside of the treatment area
