IPL For rosacea... will it cause hair loss?

Hello all, out of curiosity... we know IPL can be used for face discoloration, rosacea, hair removal etc... If I get IPL for my face, will some of the light get emitted into my scalp and cause hair loss? I know it's a stupid question, but I'm just curious. Thanks.

Usually patients seek treatment 3-6 months after surgery to improve surgical scars. Usually a combination approach is needed to give improvement with lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision and fillers.
