I currently started my Invisalign treatment. My ortho has advised me that once my front teeth are straightened (the two front teeth are tilted inwards) that I will have about a 5mm overjet once my teeth are all aligned. She said that Invisalign can't help with the overjet because I have a good bite. Also, my front and bottom teeth aren't and will not be aligned perfectly because shifting will also interfere with my bite. She said only braces can address these issues. Is this true? Please help!

Answer: Epigenetic Orthodontics is a better choice than Invisalign.
I am not saying that invisalign will not work for you. It might work but it is not going to be a simple invisalign tx. As for extraction vs IPR, it depends on how much crowding you have. Just looking at your upper arch, I don't think that you will need to resort to...
It may be that there is excess resin around the attachments or that the attachments are too bulky. I would suggest your seeing your dentist as soon as possible for possible adjustments.
You need not worry about your movement on the bite. If you had moved considerably the scanner would not have taken the scan. Remember, your teeth will be moving with the aligners covering your teeth. I hope you will be happy with your results.
