I have completed my Invisalign treatment (13 trays) about 3-4 months ago. Near the end of treatment, I started experiencing a lot of jaw popping every day which has not improved ever since finishing treatment. I find the jaw popping to be very annoying and I never experienced this prior to Invisalign. What can I do to eliminate it? Since Invisalign caused the jaw popping, can I try to reverse treatment and wear the aligners backwards to get my old bite back?
