I am 25 years old and had braces when I was 11-13. Around age 16, my orthodontist told me I thrust my tongue which causes me to have an overbite. He tried many things, including a tongue blocking retainer, swallowing exercises, etc. This went on until I was 23. What options do I have? Thank you!
