To get fullness in the upper pole, can fat injections be done, or is a small implant better?

Had breast reduction and lift in the past. I feel there flat and to wide . Should more Brest tissue be taken out and a small implant be put in or fat injections give me firm and top pole fullness . I am having a tummy tuck in sept if fat injections r an option I would use from tummy . I have no back pain but I done want breast to hang again that's why I ask about taking more tissue out !

Thank you for your questions and photos. A normal breast lift has its limitations, and achieving upper pole fullness is one of them. So, with that in kind, your results look really good.That said, The best way to achieve upper pole fullness is with an implant. Unfortunately I feel fat tissue is not firm enough to give you the desired effect. With time your breasts will hang with or without implants. Sub-muscular placement of a small implant should be enough to get the look you want without your breasts being too heavy and sagging in the near future. Fat injection may help but it doesn't take 100%.  An implant gives a more reliable upper pole fullness.  Best of luck.
