Dry scaly skin on legs after laser hair removal treatment

Question

After my laser hair removal treatment, the skin on my right leg under my knee turned dry and scaly and i have spots of that on my right leg too. its been 15 days since my treatment and i just realised that now. I am kind of worried and I have no idea if it is burnt or its just cause of dryness (this is my second laser hair removal session - did not face that the first time). The skin has white tiny dots as if its peeling and the colour on the area is different, as if its bruised.

Typically during a laser treatment the technician will cleanse the skin with a wipe to remove any oils, lotions or products that could interfere with your treatment and this process could cause the area to feel and look a little drier than normal, I'd start by asking your technician what he or she would recommend for moisturizing the area post treatment and if the problem persists after that I would see a dermatologist as the issue could have a multitude of causes and it would be with in a dermatologists scope of practice to diagnose such an issue.
