My dr says my maxilla is set too far back now after orthod. treatment so he'll fit preop braces to bring it back fwd, which would make my smile naturally higher. I checked earlier pics where my maxilla was + prominent and confirmed smile was higher, but it was actually inverted and lips much more tented. I think surgery would make the corners of my mouth too low in relation to back teeth, so smile would either show very little top teeth or be inverted. How to fix/prevent this?Lip lift or else?
