Cost of baby tooth removal and implants. How to fill the gap after tooth removal and implants but before crown is placed.

Hey, Most times it is possible to place an implant immediately following extraction of a tooth. If there is good bone support and good primary stability in the implant, in most of our cases (depending on the tooth) we give can immediate temporary fixed crown as well, which is replaced by a permanent crown after 2-3 months.When this is not possible a temporary tooth in the form of an essix retainer can also be made. The overall treatment cost for extraction, implant, and crown is about $5000. This fee is relatively consistent in different areas as long s the team is using brand name high quality implants and a good laboratory. A transitional prosthesis can be made (such as essix appliance) while the implant is healing.

Typically, in Manhattan, you are looking at $4000-$6000 to have a tooth removed, implant placed and crown installed.  You might find dentists in the city that will put an implant in for $500, but I would be very cautious--these implants are likely "clone" implants that are made in countries without strict regulatory control, so they can be sold to doctors at a fraction of the price; this savings is then passed on to the patient.
