Can anything be done to make my teeth look better? (Photo)

I had invisalign treatment that lasted 3 years and I'm still not happy with the way my teeth look. I had 4 teeth pulled to create space but I still hate the way my top front 4 teeth look.

It takes lots of factors coming together to make a nice smile, not just getting the teeth in line or "straight.  
I am just going to list some things you could look into, sorry there are so many, some people are just lucky that way.
-Gums, yours are to thick and are actually covering up part of the tooth that should show.  Google "altered passive eruption" and how to correct it.
-Shape of teeth, yours are less than ideal.  bonding or veneers would help
-proportion:  Length to width ratio of each individual tooth, as well as the size relationship to each other.  Fixing the shape would also fix this.
-Lateral incisor roots still to far back, so emergence profile is off.  (this is impossible to correct with invisalign and is often undertreated in braces)
-Incisors are to upright in the facial-lingual plane, also hard to fix with invisalign.
-upper left lateral tipped, not enough space created to get it in place.

Good news is all of this is fixable, it just takes a good orthodontist willing to do the work and address each of these issues.  And it will take braces, but probably a year or less.  Hope this helps, good luck.

It looks like you have a crown on one of your front tooth and rest natural teeth. it is very difficult to match one crown to the rest of your teeth. if you are looking for more symmetric smile - You can get 4 or 6 porcelain veneers. Properly designed porcelain veneers can correct the shape, size, position and color of the teeth and give you a brighter more symmetric smile. Hope that helps.!

Good Morning. If your invisalign treatment is complete ( and I suggest that it is), the first thing that needs to be done is to remove the attachment placed. Second- as I look at thefront teeth, I see some size, shape and color discrepencies. These can not be fixed by Invisalign- but certainly can be fixed with porcelain veneers,- With this treatment we can create SYMMETRY of the anterior teeth and have them all the Exact same shade.

This should resolve any remaining esthetic issues you have, and you will have a long lasting beautiful smile.
