Hi, I am trying to learn more about what procedures it would take to achieve the morph on the left. Original image is on the right. My goals are to improve my profile, jawline, and chin projection. I have recently completed Invisalign treatment so my bite and alignment are good but I am unhappy with my profile. I look forward to reading your responses. TIA.

You appear to have a differential growth issue but the situation does not need correction usually unless you have esthetic concerns or significant symptoms

There is no need to have a septoplasty with expansion. However, you may be misinterpreting the surgeon as well. There is a bone cut 'below' the septum in the procedure
