Any harm? I did a noncross linked HA Mesotherapy procedure for a beginner. Hi, I used Celosome Aqua with a 32G 1.5 mm crystal3 pin needle. I researched that Celosome Aqua is safe effective. It is noncross linked HA and has mannitol, and is great for rejuvenation; it is a skin booster. The first time I did this procedure- the syringe was hard to push. After realizing I had to push harder, the product came out. However, I have a little bumps on my face. ( more on right side of face then left side). Am I safe. Is this normal. Will they go away?

I suggest you ask your providers how they feel about it.
It doesn’t matter what our views are. We’re not doing your procedures and it would be inappropriate to recommend some thing your provider may disagree with.

Pretty much any injection can theoretically cause blindness so the answer is yes.
All procedures have some inherent risks involved.
For individuals who are highly risk averse having elective procedures may not be the best idea especially ones that are not based on real science.
