Is it possible with chin surgery/genioplasty to widen the chin so that it's square-shaped? I know with implants this is possible. Please see image of a morph. Second image has more of a square shape and also is elongated a bit.

Hi Catdreamer.
The chin segment appears to have been moved both forward and downward. So even if the forward movement was around 6 mm, the effective change would be greater because there was a shift downward as well.
