Chin surgery/genioplasty: is it possible to create a square chin?

Is it possible with chin surgery/genioplasty to widen the chin so that it's square-shaped? I know with implants this is possible. Please see image of a morph. Second image has more of a square shape and also is elongated a bit.

You do appear to have some recession of your chin. This can be augmented with fillers or an implant and this should help to balance your profile.

Hi Catdreamer. The chin segment appears to have been moved both forward and downward. So even if the forward movement was around 6 mm, the effective change would be greater because there was a shift downward as well. Bony healing appears to be satisfactory. But there are a few points to note...
