Need to have biopolymer removed from booty - Looking for a surgeon.

The treatment varies from patient to patient.  This may range from surgical excision, to hyaluronidase injection followed by VASER liposuction and fat transfer into the area to correct the resultant deformity.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to completely remove the biopolymer and not result in a significant deformity of the area involved.  Complete removal, such as surgical excision, may result in a life-changing deformity.  

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you have biopolymer injections. I hope you know that you are not alone. I don't know of surgeons in the Dominican Republic who remove this product. However, if you're willing to travel, I've done over a thousand silicone and biopolymer removals.

You'll first need an MRI. We'll be able to tell by the MRI if the biopolymer is in the muscle. If it's in the muscle, you'll need open excision of the product and cleaning of the muscle. If it's only in the fatty layer and you have no skin changes, you can likely get away with the closed technique (ultrasound guided vaser assisted silicone suction). I use the VASER to melt the scar tissue and biopolymer shells, then I use a special cannula that I had made just me SPECIFICALLY for silicone injections removal, It's true that the product can migrate throughout the body. I've seen it go from the buttocks to the labia, lymph nodes, thighs, ankles, even the toes. I've also seen it migrate upwards. It's crucial you remove this poison for the sake of your future.

Since removing silicone from the buttock is a big procedure, please seek an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience in removing silicone from the buttock. Do your research. Make sure they have performed at least 100 buttock silicone removal surgeries and have the before and after pictures to prove it. Carefully examine their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf.  If you cannot find an experienced, buttock silicone removal surgeon in your neighborhood, consider traveling out of state if you must. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. Liquid silicone is unsafe, please do not use it ever. The autoimmune response could be triggered by this substance, if you search on the Internet, you will find patients that have a lot of problems with this product. 
Our plastic surgery center specializes in the treatment of biopolymers injections and its complications (permanent fillers: liquid silicone, Polyacrylamide Gel, PMMA, Biogel, Macrolane, Metacryletc) in the face, buttocks and other soft tissues. The Biopolymers cause a severe inflammatory reaction that can cause permanent damage to the tissues, known as Iatrogenic Allogenosis and an Autoimmune Syndrome (A.S.I.A. Syndrome). In our plastic surgery center, I developed the technique of resection of biopolymers in face, buttocks and lower back through video endoscopy, a surgery performed with minnimal incissions to treat patients with permanent deformities, secundary to biopolymers injections.
Biopolymers (liquid silicone, Poly Acrylamide Gel, PMMA, Macrolane, etc), ALWAYS should be removed, because you could present at any time Iatrogenic Allogenosis and probably A.S.I.A. Syndrome. Please remember to be aware, do not let any permanenrt filler to be injected into your face, breast, buttocks, calfs, genitalia, etc. The safest way to increase buttocks is through your own fat injections or through silicone implants.
