Need to have biopolymer removed from booty - Looking for a surgeon.

The treatment varies from patient to patient.  This may range from surgical excision, to hyaluronidase injection followed by VASER liposuction and fat transfer into the area to correct the resultant deformity.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to completely remove the biopolymer and not result in a significant deformity of the area involved.  Complete removal, such as surgical excision, may result in a life-changing deformity.  

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you have biopolymer injections. I hope you know that you are not alone. I don't know of surgeons in the Dominican Republic who remove this product. However, if you're willing to travel, I've done over a thousand silicone and biopolymer removals.

You'll first need an MRI. We'll be able to tell by the MRI if the biopolymer is in the muscle. If it's in the muscle, you'll need open excision of the product and cleaning of the muscle. If it's only in the fatty layer and you have no skin changes, you can likely get away with the closed technique (ultrasound guided vaser assisted silicone suction). I use the VASER to melt the scar tissue and biopolymer shells, then I use a special cannula that I had made just me SPECIFICALLY for silicone injections removal, It's true that the product can migrate throughout the body. I've seen it go from the buttocks to the labia, lymph nodes, thighs, ankles, even the toes. I've also seen it migrate upwards. It's crucial you remove this poison for the sake of your future.

Since removing silicone from the buttock is a big procedure, please seek an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience in removing silicone from the buttock. Do your research. Make sure they have performed at least 100 buttock silicone removal surgeries and have the before and after pictures to prove it.
