Updated: Hello, will Hyperdiluted Radiesse be a good option for these fine lines and laxity issue ? Along with bbl hero? How many sessions of hyperdiluted Radiesse would I need for in laxity and fine lines on my face? Also would I be able to get micro needling for the acne scars without it affecting the Radiesse ?

The problem with Radiesse (& Sculptra), both of which I gave up using quite a few years ago is that there is no enzyme for dissolving them if there are any undesirable results or adverse reactions. On the other HA skin boosters and biomodulators can also increase skin hydration, improve skin quality, improve fine wrinkles and crinkles, BUT, should the need arise, they can be quite easily dissolved. As to light and other energy-based gizmos, you should be aware that the hard science to support the use of these flashing lights "bells and whistles"  devices lags woefully behind the heavy maketing hype and social media buzz to promote them. So, buyer beware would be good advice when being hawked these approaches. You would be wise to make sure that you are consulting with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Hyperdilute Radiesse (HDR) is a biostimulator that promotes your body increase production of collagen and elastin cells in the treated area. It would be a good option for fine lines and laxity. Typically, 3 treatments are needed (about 1 month apart) and then one treatment yearly for maintenance. Another product that would likely work well for this area is SkinVive by Juvederm. It would promote hydration to the area, fading/plumping those radial cheek lines.

As the person ages, the pores coalesce and form very fine lines, and as the person loses volume in the face, these become folds. While the skin is still relatively responsive to treatments, skin, such as yours will probably benefit the most from a fractionated CO2 Laser.
