35, NW2.5, Fin +10yrs. I’ve had two transplants. First by an non-ISHRS surgeon (600 FUE) which was a failure. Second with a very reputable surgeon, 800 FUE in the temples which I was ecstatic with post-op. However, only one temple accepted the grafts and it had limited density. The surgeon offered to fix it. I trust their skill, but I’m wary the real issue is my candidacy. What are some causes for failure that are dependent on the patient and how common are they? I follow all post-op procedures.
