Coolsculpting or skin tightening above the knee? (photo)

Can you tell from the picture if the wrinkles above the knee are caused by fat pushing down the skin and knee? There are wrinkles only when I straighten my legs. If so coolsculpting to reduce the fat above the knee could help reduce the wrinkles? if not, I guess I will have to go through other skin tightening procedure? Thanks a lot!
