What kind of profile to expect after extractions for bi-maxillary protrusion?

I have been previously advised by doctors on RealSelf that I have significant bi-maxillary protrusion and that extractions (along with TADS) would provide me a better profile. Assuming I seek this treatment plan what kind of profile should I expect (concave, convex, straight, other)?

Most likely a straight one. But is this a bi maxillary bony or dental problems. Two different diagnosis and  outcomes.
