LASIK has switched my eye from nearsighted to farsighted 4 days post surgery - temporary?

I had Lasik 4 days ago for my nearsightedness in my right eye (-1.5). Post surgery, my distance vision is much improved. However, my close up vision is much worse. It was perfect before, and now it is notably blurry, consistently, not intermittently. Basically, the eye that received Lasik has switched from nearsighted to farsighted. My eye doesn't feel dry, and I am only 32, so this is not an expected side affect. Does this seem like something will improve as I heal, or could it be permanent?
