Question

I did threads PDO for my checks 3 lines lift and 3 lines right 2 months but my smile lines around my nose was not rid and i don’t want to do filler because its make my face big with filler ... i decide to but i thread up to my check to make it tight ?

Threads will continue to stimulate collagen for 4-6 months after inserted and you will get more improvement with time but this treatment is for LIFTING not for filling.  I would recommend to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine which filler would appropriately soften your smile lines without creating more fullness.  kh

In general, thread lifts are not very powerful as a lifting procedure. They do not last long (weeks to months) and most of the immediate "lift" you notice is simply swelling from the procedure itself. This is simply the reality of the biophysics of the procedure. There are very limited indications as a patient to get a thread lift. FDA approval of a device does not mean the device works, it simply means it is safe. So yes, thread lift procedures are relatively safe, but their FDA approval does not necessarily mean that they are effective. Warm regards.
