Dear Xenia, Superficial mild dimples will resolve by themselves within 2-3 weeks, but deeper, bigger dimples are unlikely to resolve and may cause permanent scarring. You could visit an experienced Silhouette physician to have a quick second opinion (and treatment ) of the dimples if needed.
